OEM Custom 6061 T6 Aluminum Tubing Factories Pricelist - Black anodized aluminum round tubing – Xingyong Detail:

There are 12 aluminum extrusion line, 10 aluminum anodizing line, 15 deep processing line, and 6 packaging line. We can produce different shape product, and process it as customer’s requirements.

We buy aluminum bar, make extrusion, and then anodizing, if customer need hole or other process, we can custom it.

The aluminum tube will be cut to the custom length and then packaged as customer’s requirements.

Application effect description

1. According to shape: square tube, round tube, patterned tube, shaped tube, global aluminum tube.

2. According to extrusion method: seamless aluminum tube and common extrusion tube

3. According to the precision: ordinary aluminum tube and precision aluminum tube

Packing

1.Bundles Packing
Each one covered with poly bag , then wrapped to bundles by craft paper.

2.Carton Packing
Each one packed with poly bag, then put in carton

3.Wood Pallet packing
Packaged to bundle or carton, then put them in wood pallet.

Mould:	1. Customer can choose public mould
	2. Build new mould according to customer’s drawing or sample,mould fee will be return back when order reach to 20 tons.
	3. Mould development need around 7 days
Price:	Aluminium Ingot price + processing cost
Minimum Order Quantity:	each mould 300kg
Delivery time:	20 days for mass production
Normal order sequence:	1. Confirm production drawings, order details.
	2. Start to build mold when receive mold fee.
	3.Send free sample to customer
