After aluminum extrusion, aluminum tube will be cutting for suitable length according to customer’s requirement. Then the aluminum tube will be fixed to the anodizing frame.

The first step for anodized is cleaning, the aluminum tube will be cleaned twice in different anodizing pool, then be put in the pool to make color, after that the aluminum tube will be cleaned twice too.The aluminum surface is covered with an anodized film to provide corrosion resistance.

The aluminum film will be difficult to wipe off, because there are so many very little hole on the aluminum tube surface, when we make color processing, the color be filled in all the hole, so it is not easy to be wiped off.

The aluminum tube is smooth inside without seams, so it will be easy to push, drill hole, stretch bending, milling, welding, fabrication etc. If you need make LOGO on the surface, we have laser machine and printing machine, you only need to provide us the LOGO picture and size, we will make sample for your reference.

We have welding line, if you need welding, please provide draft drawing or sample, we will make free for you check and confirm, the sample will be free, only need you pay the freight cost.
