Aluminum alloy load-bearing rod for Electronic fence

There are the whole aluminum extrusion profiles process lines from aluminum ingot to finial product. 12 aluminum profile extrusion line, some customer do not need anodizing, after extrusion , we will cut it for the required length, then package it, package in carton, bundle, pallet or others according to customer’s requirement.

Some customer need make sand blasting on the surface and then make anodizing.

There are 4 sand blasting line, we can make big sand and small sand in the aluminum profile surface. Then make anodizing, there are 10 anodizing line, can make 7 colors, silver anodizing, black anodizing, light golden anodizing, dark golden anodizing, light blue anodizing, dark blue anodizing, champagne anodizing.

The deep process workshop can punch hole or screw on the aluminum profile, only provide us what you want, we will make drawing, build mold and then make sample for you. We also can make LOGO on the aluminum profile by printing or laser.

We have more than 10 thousand aluminum extrusion mold,customer can use our communal mold, we also can build custom mold for our customer for different shape and size. The engineer can make production drawing for our customer.

The QC is inspecting during all the production line. We only provide good quality product for our customer.
