Jiangsu Xingyong Aluminium Technology Co., Ltd. has the whole production line to produce the aluminum tube, from drawing, mould building, aluminum extrusion, sand blasting, anodizing, cutting, packing. QC is involved in the whole production process.

Customer provide us drawing or sample, we make production drawing for customer, when customer confirm the production drawing, we will build the mould.

When mould ready, we will make free sample for customer to check and confirm, when customer confirm the sample, will move to mass production.

For trial order, any quantity is available, from the second order, the MOQ will be 300kg. Because the weight for our aluminum bar is 300 kg per piece.

There are 12 aluminum extrusion line, can produce 50 tons per day, so do not worry about the production capacity.

There is no fixed price, it depends on the dimensions and the tolerance of the aluminum tube.

Simple structure with large tolerance will be cheap, conversely complex structure with small tolerance with be expensive. The price also depend on the quantity, more quantity with low price.

The price term can be EXW,FOB, CIF, or others on negotiation. Mass production time will be around 30days. Payment term normally be TT.

Normally aluminum tube packaging is each one in poly bag, 50 pieces or more in one carton.

Also can be 6m length in bundles packaging.
